I remember one summer day when we were kids, my grandparents took Erik and I to a playground and while we were playing this woman sidled up to my Grandmother. They started laughing together about something, she was introduced to my Grandfather and there they stayed talking for awhile. Finally, we were done playing and as we walked back to the car, I asked, "who was that lady?" My grandmother said that the lady, a parent of one of the playground kids, was convinced that my grandfather was Henry Fonda. This was back in the day when people were watching that good 'ole flick, On Golden Pond. Ha! Anyway, this picture of Gramps brings HF to mind.
Erik must have taken all the other pictures from our trip to the prairie so I'll have to wait for a few more days before I can post the rest.
Happy Friday everyone! Stay healthy. I, unfortunately fell prey. Not taking my cod liver oil every morning like a good Viking, huh mom... :)
