The winds are racing, playing a game of chase through the trees and around the house. It is gusting up to 45 mph, so says the weather report and I believe it. A sunny morning too though so I hope to get out in it somehow or other. Take a trash bag out there and the skateboard....could rack up some miles today, fo sho! Just kidding but makes me chuckle to picture going around our circle with a trashbag sail. I actually saw that once in Boston. Last year at this time, Erik and Leo and I went to Boston, walked around town on a windy day and in the middle of rush hour traffic was a man on a skateboard holding a large piece of plastic sheeting, flyyyyyin' down Constitution Ave.

In other news, I have a small job today. Yipeeeee! I am helping a very sweet lady do some things around her house before her grown kids arrive home for Christmas. I'm looking forward to it. Feels good to help and she's helping me out too....Universal Flow. Gotta love how that works out when you step up into that unknown mystery spot, ready and willing for whatever comes your way. I went grocery shopping for her a few days ago. It was the BEST. She was SOOOO HAPPY and it was sooooo no big deal for me to do it. I must have been oozing "helper elf" energy in the grocery store too because a Grandma asked me to help her figure out some pricing while I was in the bread aisle. I was in helper heaven.

Well, I've got coffee to consume, blogs to visit, news to read before I leave. Blessings to this day with its opportunities to shine the light tucked in oh so many little places~
