Silent sunrise. It seems like the only thing moving outside is the sun. It is one of my favorite things, that secret moment, dawn. I laid in bed for awhile watching the stillness of the trees and the light.

Up and around now, I did a little yoga, sipped some hot coffee, and about to start my day. 44 degrees this morning. It gives me greater appreciation for the fact that Sioux Falls SD already has snow on the ground!

I talked to Gram & Gramps yesterday. First time in awhile. It felt good to hear those voices. Gramps talked about the snow and Erik's superman picture. Gram was looking for something in the closet and full of stories of the past week. I love the phone....I love that I can hear their voices despite being so far away.

We're going to the dump this morning with our purged goods from the basement. Have I blogged about the dump before? It is the greatest....There's a big recycling section, the garbage section, and then there are all these OTHER worlds such as DEMO where you can find extra building material, MULCH, Book Shed, Swap Shop, and a receptacle for clothes donation. There are always people there, milling around. Earlier this week I took a bike there, totally decrepit bike, and before I even had it off the car, a young woman approached me asking if I was leaving the bike. "I would LOVE to take that off your hands. I'll give it a good home" It makes purging all the more fun.

Blessings to all of you precious people. Have a good day there where you are.

Love those interactions with people. Wanting what you have to give and being excited about it.
That dump sounds like fun!
