I made it to Switzerland after approx 24 hrs traveling. Sri Lanka, Qatar, Germany, Switzerland. I need new pages in my passport. So, it's a sunny clear day here. Chilly. I am sitting in my little room at the training center and have the windows open. The sun is toasty on my arms, the air is FRESH, sky clear. My window looks out onto an old church courtyard. I am blissed out happy for that, AND to see mountains in the background. I'm hungry, extremely nak'rd (as my friend Lynn would say), high on mountain air and being in a cool sunny place. Blissed out by the quiet. And while I'm taking in the mountains, Leo is taking in the waves in Hikaduwa. Amen to that.
