Tuk-tuk test video - take 3 (Watch the video)

Watch the video

Third time is the charm. I have been schooled in vlogs, and in doing so have learned a little more about the capabilities of software I didn't know we had. I didn't figure out how to post the video using Picasa (the Google picture software, it's actually pretty cool, I recommend it for anyone with a lot of pictures on your computer) but with thanks to Freevlog's tutorial I have been unofficially upgraded to a Vlogger. Not only am I now a Vlogger but I have also found creative capabilities within myself that I wish to share with you all in a short video called Tuk-tuk Ride in Sri Lanka. If you have dial-up connection on your computer I apologize in advance as it may possibly take up to 10-20 minutes to download. Frankly, I am in awe of the patience from those of you who choose to stay with dial-up connection if you have the possibility to upgrade to ADSL or Broadband service. We are on a waiting list with our local telephone company for ADSL service, and have to settle for a 50.6 kbps connection on good days. (For those of you not familiar with virtual reality-based speed, that is equivalent to driving on the Interstate at around 7 mph when the speed limit is 70 mph.) Once a resident in the area moves or elects to cancel their ADSL service it then is transferred down the list of eagerly awaiting new ADSL customers. We were number 77 two weeks ago. Anyway, enjoy the video. And if you are one of the lucky ones, traveling 70 mph or faster on the digital super-highway, please bear with us, we travel by tuk-tuk.

By the way click on "watch the video" link and not the picture posted above.
