Harmonic tribe

The reverberating echo of the
harmonic tribe is a sacred sound.

It is how the heart find its rhythm,
and the feet their dance.

A few weeks ago, I had the gift of a visit from my brother who normally resides somewhere in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, or Burma depending on the week). It was a simple and pure chill time of swapping stories, looking at pictures, reminiscing and laughing, being present, being sister and brothers.

I am beyond happy that my two dudes enjoy each other's company and chill so naturally together.

I remember thinking when I first hung out with Leo, over a decade ago, that he and Erik would get along. I based this on superficial but representative things like their taste in music, preferred free-time activities, gentle fun-loving spirit that is also fiercely loyal and just, and that feeling I have when I'm with each of them of resonance and familiarity. Lo and behold I was right and how lucky I am, that no matter what combination of the three of us are together, it's good....so, so, good.

That this good vibe is the beat of the familial drum is my joy and my peace.
