In meditation, these prayerful vibes for Sri Lanka where the war rages on...

for those who are displaced, courage and comfort and protection

for those who are wrongfully detained, justice and faith

for those who are exhaustedly working to help those affected, endurance in body mind and spirit

for the leaders, an awakening to the horrors of the chosen course and the possibilities for something much much better for all......

These words fall so flat, but I pray them anyway, repeating them over and over again like a stubborn child trying to fly a kite on a windless day, believing that with the necessary effort, they might catch the light and wind of Spirit~
