While it's hard to trust politicians these days, I don't find it difficult in the least to trust Obama. Why is that?....It is because his words are the hope of my heart for my country. I want the changes he speaks about. With all of my heart and soul. They are not empty promises from a politician, rather they are the words of our expectations and dreams for what our country truly is and can be for our lives and the lives of the next generation. He will have the country behind him to help realize these changes because it's what we WANT, it's what we NEED.
I am so ready for a wise leader. I am so ready for a president with ideas that resonate with the simple majority at home and with our global partners. I am so ready to feel proud and involved in the political process. I am so ready to feel like my ideals are reflected in the person who leads our nation.
It has been interesting and inspiring to witness this convention process here in Denver over the past few days. We are leaving here tomorrow full of thoughts and inspiration, and a resolve to engage as many people as possible about why we think Barack Obama should be the next president of the United States of America. Any takers??
Tomorrow morning we're headed to the purple mountains majesty of the Grand Tetons of Wyoming...
Until our next upload, blessings to each and everyone of you, there where you are~

Thank you for expressing so beautifully yourthought on Obama. I am hoping and praying with all my might that he wins the election. He HAS to win. I'm scared for this country if he doesn't.
