Strike da hammer while...

It's Wednesday night and I started a movie that I'm not going to finish. Not because it's not good, but rather because it's not GREAT and life is short. I'm about to call it a night but before I do, I just wanted to write a few words about something exciting that is happening in Hikka.

As the saying goes, "Strike da hammer while, iron is hot"

And as it happens, iron is hot. Construction has begun on a little shop facing the sea at the Why Not Guesthouse. This shop is a MountainWave project in collaboration with our dear friends, the owners of Why Not. Hammering began last Sunday, September 30th (see the picture below). Not sure how long it will take before the shop is finished but we hope that it will be ready for the beginning of this year's tourist season. There is a lot of good energy connected to all this tearing down and building up...it is a venture in community development, it is the MountainWave Tribe in motion, it is faith in our dreams, and....well, what will be will be so stay tuned for more from the MountainWave Project~

Sweet dreams all you precious people.
