early rain
clock showed an early time, gloriously irrelevant information
snuggled back down into sleep

and now it's noon and the call to prayer rolls into the thick steamy air lasting only a few moments before being swallowed by the heat

we meet some friends at the pool for a cool swim a bit later in the day
Kelly mama and Naia Rose, age 8 months, underwaterlovebugs
evening pizza chats chillin with same friends.
