It is soooo hard to let go,...Hang in there Sister. It is soooo hard to let go, and just BE. So hard to find grace and peace when one is uncomfortable. It is scary out here on the edge...but remember, there is a whole bunch of us out there with you. Holding hands and hearts, holding the space in the moment, holding the messy bits. YES yoga, YES meditation, but I also find the occasional beer and hilarious movie help too. ;) As one also waiting, also struggling with it, thank you for your honesty this morning.
